Northcliffe Park has two woods, Northcliffe Woods on its southern edge and Old Spring Wood to the north. Both woods are classed as semi-natural ancient woodland. Northcliffe dike runs through the southern woods which dissapears before the Miniature Railway. In late spring both woods have a fantastic display of bluebells and wild garlic, and in autumn the colours of the trees are a beautiful sight.
